I am very happy to see you on this site, and looking forward to see good examples of hoshin kanri blooming around the world using the open source eHoshin application. I have put a link to a basic powerpoint tutorial for you to get into the application to this web site, and I will answer your questions here while enhancing this tutorial along the way. If you create a private Hoshin document that you wish to share with me for advice or because you are proud of it, please add me as a member to your team, since as a matter of policy I won’t abuse my ‘super-user’ powers to join your potentially confidential documents. If you want to achieve enterprise-grade security and robustness, I suggest however that you create some code to manage the accesses and keep the database inside your company. For example, in my company, we have the Access Directory access for employees developed as an on premise part of the application.

Have fun with this very important Kata, the Kata or habit of making sure you are doing the right things, the Hoshin Kanri.
